You know I have recommended DTN as a service. It and ensign have served me well.When I signed up over a year and 1/2 ago. I was aware of a years commitment.What I failed to understand/see that after the first year, the commitment rolls over to the next year. I can not close the service till November, even though I pay on a monthly basis. While the fault lies with me, I can not recommend the service unless you understand the contract. I am stuck with a system, I no longer require or desire. I take responsibility for failing to read and reread the contract.buyer beware! But don't deal with a company that ties you down past one year.Look for those that give you a choice. DTN is not one of them.
