The volume and big blocks seem to indicate some imminent buyout.
Just like XYLN a few weeks ago.
If you are short,run for the cover since FORE should go to the 20's
this week,IMHO.

I'm with you. It does seem strange that FORE mgt would wait until now to "give in". Surely FORE mgt coulda gotten $20-$25 for the company practically anytime in the last year or two. If they're throwing in the towel now, then hopefully they'll at least get a good price for the shareholders (i.e. better than $20-$25).

Also, what's the "trigger" that generated all of this sudden interest in FORE getting taken over. As has been mentioned, this is one of those rumors with "regularity". Why now all of a sudden? Maybe the news of Erricson increasing its stake in FORE generated the interest.

wrong, do you have any experiece at all in this type of deals. A lot of mergers happen like a sudden wake-up syndrome.
