Good question! I didn't realize ZRAN had a P/E close to 200.

Look at the growth rates of ZRAN and CUBE. Look at the growth in projected earnings for next year for the two companies. Finally, ZRAN beat its number and had a very positive conference call. It looks like ZRAN's earnings growth is accellerating. ZRAN is the high growth player in this field

CUBE, on the other hand, looks attractive at these prices. It doesn't have the growth, but the down side risk is a lot less. It is more of a value play, IMO.
