Pete_NY, I agree with you. We definitely need the increased Financial Visibility. It's no wonder the shareholders are confused, it's practically a full time job digging for info on this company. I also agree that this is one of the reasons that the price is where it is. The other reasons are exactly what you mentioned. The RS was a real fiasco. While this is definitely useful in certain circumstances this was handled as poorly as I have ever seen. Usually management will provide some notice that this is going to occur and explain to shareholders the reasons why it's necessary. We can only hope for better things from the company in the future. Based on the responses during the conference call, I'm confident that better days are ahead. jjbucci
