Yes, there are some institution holders of IDTI. According to on SEC filing on 2/4/99 (http://www.edgar-online.com/brand/go2net/gdoc/?doc=A-703361-0000065103-99-000158) Merrill Lynch owns about 7% of IDTI shares. Perham has consistently proved that he is not up to the CEO job. Think about those write-offs and big investments which resulted in nothing but lose. Remember, all those write-offs and loses occurred in the time during the booms in high-tech spendings. If IDTI could end up losing over $100 millions in last 8 years during the good time, how much do you think IDTI would lose during the bad time? In short, if Perham is permitted to stay at the post for too long, IDTI may end up in Chapter 11.
