Bhu...., I agree with your stance and will hold as well. Selling now would be doing so on others' terms. They have a creative product and can see how well other i-net comm products are doing.

EFAX.com -- nice run, service company

Another company active today that imports and exports video over i-net.

Thats fine and dandy but it was not I that said that there were 10,000,000 shares outstanding. DiAmaro had told Francios. Message 8441673 I only was able to confirm that on 11/28/98 there were exactly 5,403,972 shares outstanding. If DiAmaro is correct that 4 million plus shares does not bode well for the company. What also is not clear is that nobody has a clue what those shares went for. Chances are they went for pennies on the dollar. What was the amount they raised? If it was good they would have been fast with a press release to announce successful private placements, if it wasn't they would just treat you like you are brain dead and tell you nothing. What have you heard? I have heard nothing.

bhuvanarama, I agree with you about holding till everything clears up...

There must be a reasonable and rational explanation. For example, I would have no real problem if SFLK sold some 4 Millions shares and got its financing in place for a couple years.

We are just speculating without really knowing anything concrete. At any rate, even with 10 Millions shares and a PE ratio of a lowly 25, the share value is still $9.00, according to my estimates!!

So, let's not panic on the basis of share numbers, as it is probably much less significant than the rapid conclusion of the enquiry. The product is good and well promoted, the business plan is on course and we should soon reap a profit.

Regards to all on the thread,
