If the "agreement" in the Apr. 8, 1998 news release is the "memorandum of understanding" (although in the most recent release is dated Apr. 3, 1998) than this obviously is a serious issue as to the viability of production in the near future. The distribution agreement also sounds promising but we have no idea the scope or size of the said agreement. Money must be coming from somewhere if they are building (in the next 60-90 days) a new production and administration facility in Fuzhou...Does this mean they will have 2 production facilities now. I would like to know how many employees we are talking about and exactly what the magnitude of production will be. Whatever it is...I think this is a real bargain at these levels. I am in.
