Winspear Resources Ltd - Winspear to finance 100 per cent of Camsell Lake exploration Winspear Resources Ltd WSP Shares issued 33,721,333 1999-03-22 close $3.23 Monday Mar 22 1999 Mr. Randy Turner reports Winspear has delivered a letter to its partner in the Camsell Lake joint venture stating that it is Winspear's position that the partner is deemed to have elected not to contribute to the 1999 program and budget. The letter states that Winspear has elected to contribute to the said program and budget, and will therefore be financing 100 per cent of all costs.
