Can't even send a message to customer service:

I'm at this screen:

Service Center Topics
|_Contact Customer Service

Luckily (somewhat) I've opened an account with a real live
broker with a real office. But to hedge my bets,
maybe it's about time for an MB trading account.

I know, different types of accounts.

Um, BYE-BYE E-TRADE

BTW got my first e-mail back concerning my non-execution
(http://206.253.217.14/~wsapi/investor/reply-8425090)

Your trade inquiry is being researched. XXXX is no longer a valid Stock Symbol, thus your order request (s) for XXXX are no longer valid, as far as I know. This is being passed for a more definite answer to your inquiry.

My feeling: No $**T Sherlock, but why wasn't the symbol updated?
I bet if XXXX was up 21% they'd turn around and fill me.

Grrrrrr,
gary

P.S. I got messages from E*Tard cancelling all my sell orders,
but these were cancelled the day AFTER my non-execution.

Oh well, it's only money.

RIGHT ON! The 'classic site' was much better than the new one, and I have complained to them repeatedly to please leave it open,, to at least give the customer a choice. The custome is always right, right? Wrong at E-jack-off. All they care about is to get you to use the overly complex site to try to market a plethora of financial services taht traders don't want. They've been jerking me around trying to get Power Etrade enabled, which every time i logon says I am qualified for. I will be upgrading to a direct access level 2 system.

ARRGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!! those b***st****rds***
