GLM, RIG, DO, et. al. held strong today. MACD buy is intact and looks like that last crest has now subsided and the next (larger) MACD wave is going to start hitting towards the end of this week.

Then, I think we will begin to actually see the meat of this rally take shape and some bearish "penguins" begin to climb out of the water and on to the OSX stocks. Expect upgrades to neutral from sell.

Bottom line - hold for 300% gains in the next 24-month period in all OSX stocks. We are just starting the climb back to "normal" valuations of about P/E = 16, which means almost a double for most stocks in this sector.

George-My best guess is the OSX will peak out near 70 by Wed close, then meander down towards 58-63 area where it will regroup...If OXI opens higher tomorrow, it looks to be heading towards 468-75 area where it too should fall back
