Erin: benahamou on March 12, 1999 signed on behalf of the Corporation a S-8 filing with the SEC. Log on to the nasdaq.com site, call up quotes for 3com. Select SEC filings and you will get the "latest" filings for 3com. SEC filing #333-74371, file # 99564503. See section II-2, item 6 (Indemnification of Directors & Officiers). As I read it...they want to issue more options or exercise options and an
insurance clause guarantee's their idemnification against any lawsuit directed at them (Officiers). If I have misread it...please correct me. I am not a securities lawyer...hope you are, and can shed some light on what this document means, especially at a time like this.
