I am a shareholder of MDCM and it is for real

And a major shareholder at that! The definitive prospectus mentions that you hold a million and a half shares. I suggest next time you mention that you are the company's CFA. You might want to take a look at SI's terms of agreement. I guess it can be depressing seeing the price trade at these levels. The company seems to be on the right track. Clients are increasing exponentially and are referring your services and products to other potential clients. That's great, but the company is being run as if it was private one. Some promotion wouldn't hurt...

Just take American GEM Corp (GEM) and Signature Brands LTD (SBX) as examples of what can happen if you take the necessary steps to insure the word is out. Signature Brands issued a PR today that it was in negotiations with CD Plus.com Inc. Nothing special right? WRONG The stock went from 0.13 to 0.95. Why ? Because they were in negotiations with a company having its name end with .com. As to GEM, they said that they will create an Internet site to sell their products. Curious about what they are thinking of selling... Sapphires. Yes Sapphires. WHAT A JOKE. The stock went from 0.05 to hit 1.00 today.

To get back on track regarding MDCM, are you looking at getting off the CDN. Everyone I know will avoid buying a stock that trades on the CDN. You might have a greater interest level if you traded on the ASE or the MSE which will soon be merged into one exchange. Food for thought.

How about changing the name to Med.com at the next AGM. I seriously think that you have a great product. However, the investment community has absolutely no idea who MDCM is or what it does. Now, let's take the last PR. Sincerly WOW! However, it had the content of around 4 releases. Why not try to keep it simple and try to explain to the common folk what kind of implications said development will have on the company and the medical community?

1st press release

The company has launched its new suite of Internet solutions for health care. This package of products and services will provide physicians with easy access to the Internet, Web-enable MedcomSoft's flagship MedWorks Electronic Medical Records software, and offer health care consumers quality medical information from a secure electronic commerce site.

2nd press release

MedcomSoft has entered into a partner agreement with PsiNet Canada that will allow it to resell PsiNet's Internet access, E-mail and Web-hosting services to its health care provider clients. PsiNet is Canada's largest Internet service provider and the largest independent global ISP. The agreement will enable MedcomSoft to offer its clients one-stop shopping for Internet health care applications and access.

3rd press release

MedcomSoft announced the beta release of the MedWorks Internet extension (MIE) for its MedWorks practice management and Electronic Medical Records software. The Internet extension Web-enables MedWorks, allowing physicians to share patient records electronically over a secure Internet site. Doctors will be able to issue a personal identification number to their patients that will allow them secure global access to their medical records. Patients can provide this PIN to other health care providers that may need their information, such as specialists or out-of-town providers when the patient is travelling. Sharing patient records electronically allows for improved quality of care through more timely and accurate transfer of information between providers.

4th press release

MedcomSoft will also be launching two Websites based on the Medcin technology licenced from Medicomp Systems Inc. of Chantilly, Va. Medicomp, the publisher of Medcin, has worked for 20 years with practicing physicians at Cornell, Harvard, John Hopkins and other major medical centres to develop a documentation engine for use at the point-of-care. Medcin provides an extensive database of clinical findings, with links to thousands of diagnoses and an artificial intelligence engine for clinical decision support.

The first Website will provide diagnostic decision support tools for health care providers around the world on a subscription basis. Physicians will be able to enter patient demographic information, medical history, symptoms and examination findings and be provided with a list of possible diagnoses and treatments, as well as other potential examinations and questions that could narrow the list of diagnoses. This on-line tool will assist providers in decision making by providing comprehensive protocols for gathering of patient information.

The second Website will be a consumer version of the Medcin-based tool. Users accessing the secure site can enter their medical information and be provided with a list of possible diagnoses in lay terminology. The site will facilitate patient education and allow patients to better communicate with their health care providers.

I know it's not as simple as that but I am just trying to make a point here. Instead of going 6 months without a PR and putting everything into one release, why not issue them in an orderly fashion, thus keeping some momentum on our side and establishing different levels of support.

Now as to this week-ends exposition in Quebec city, why haven't you already issued a PR stating that you will be one of the exhibitors at the Congress Center. How about Dr Aita's conference? Investors want to know these details, trust me.....

If this keeps up, even if you announce some news regarding the Philippines no one and I do mean no one will care! Just take the latest report as an example. Pretty depressing seeing the target price if you ask me.

Hopefully, you will realize that I am telling you this for the company's and the shareholders well being..

Oh well, hope I got my point across.

Good luck
AK

Bryan,

If you're still around, would you mind telling us how much you paid for your shares?

On another note, I've noticed the nice increase in price lately. Just hope the price isn't being artificially pushed up for an upcoming financing. It would be sad to see a dilution at 1.20!

Regards
