March 22, 1999 05:56 PM NEW YORK, March 22 (Reuters) - CS First Boston said Monday it believed Comcast Corp.'s CMCSA acquisition of MediaOne Group Inc. UMG is a plus for At Home Corp. ATHM -- said At Home and Road Runner, a partnership between Time Warner Inc. TWX and MediaOne, should be one step closer to reaching a commercial agreement since Time Warner already has a cable telephony joint venture with AT&T Corp. T , At Home's largest shareholder. -- said although Comcast has the right to renege on its exclusive contract with At Home, this would be very unlikely since Comcast must then sell its At Home shares back to the company for 50 cents a share. Shares of At Home gained $17.1875 to $151 on Nasdaq. -- said At Home has the cable broadband infrastructure that Road Runner needs.
