Fabeyes:

When you take the convertibles into the situation, TXN actually controls over 40.0 million. That's a bunch of stock. To make things worse (for MU), TXN has no choice but to sell as quickly as possible. Imagine if you were a TXN exec. You've already been chastised for giving away too much cash with the deal. If you are even slightly slow in selling this stock, you will be subject to further intense criticism for being stupid and missing an opportunity to get back a part of the cash. Also, there is INTC to worry about. Intel has revenue difficulties that could be masked by a nice sale of MU stock. Finally, there are several other institutional players who would just as soon not be left fighting for room at the exit when two big bruisers are intent on getting out at the same time.

There will be a bit of serious selling for sure.

Your comments about the Korean yield explosion are on the money.

Best, Earlie

Have you heard any mention about the Taiwanese are preparing a countersuit against Micron?
Koreans are thinking about going back to shutdowns once a month. this could be positive if the others would follow.
If you have heard anything on these two items please post.
Thanks
Good trading.
