The A/D line in the prior bull run in early 1998 peaked in April. The market started its final decline in late June. The lag was only about 3 months.

The A/D line in the current bull run peaked in November then again in January at near the same level. So, the current lag is approaching 3 months.

What did we have in October 1998 ? I would call it a bear market. We are done . This is a pullback from an overbought situation. The world
is a healthier financially. IMO we go higher.
