Believe you may be quite correct. Hope the fireworks turn out to be a celebration of a neat, clean restructuring of CYI that saves the company from the brink of disaster. Not expecting anything until o/a April 15 unless some significant deal is made prior to that date.

If the right combination of moves are made, believe the company can be salvaged and turned around. It may be a slow process as time will be required to rebuild any confidence. We will be virtually starting to rebuild from scratch (but with a running start from any continuing product order flow).

Hi Brian,

I think we are observing a slow motion game of brinksmanship with CYI. If the debenture isn't rolled over, how will the original lenders get paid?

I'll wait it out to see if the "going concern" issues materialize.
