that is priceless :(

One of the more difficult lessons for investors to learn is that management is at least as important and sometimes more important than the product. They can have the best web designers in the word but if they have management than can't control expenses and execute business and marketing plans they will fail. And a CEO who has rolled craps about a dozen times warrants at least a little concern about his abilities to execute those duties. Great ideas are a dime a dozen, it is execution that counts.

It's called giving people another chance...

Yeah, that's one of my favorites. I've been yelled at I don't know how many times for having the temerity to suggest that management's track record does count.

This madness was carried to hilarious extremes on the CSHK and CYGS threads. So what if the CSHK IR guy had been convicted of "counseling to commit murder"? So what if Mike Skillern, CEO of CYGS, was a self-confessed scamster who'd participated in a bigtime insurance fraud with his father? And then of course there's AZNT: so what if nearly everyone Mike Sylver's ever done business with is rather less than reputable?

Unimportant!!

Humble question, Jeff, is this an instant replay, or what?

Didn't we just find a company a couple of days ago whose insiders were posting without proper ID? Think I vaguely remember one.

Anyway . . .
