George, You stated... "Sometime the big boys cannot take a large enough position in these very small companies. Mutual funds have liquidity problems that are not of a certain size ? That may account for some of the lack of action in the stock ? " That is exactly why small caps punish and reward as they do. Sooner or later the institutions will either take a bigger position in IFCI or sit on the sidelines and watch the action. Yesterday's activity does not indicate institutional interest or abandonment.
