I would look at ICOC at $1 with $2 cash and $5 book. This company seems to have a balance sheet to weather the storm.

Ron - re: NOI

I've been looking at NOI for some time now. Checked with a previous employee who said NOI sold off a major service line last year which reduces work base substantially. Will keep them on the radar screen.
