"Peapod is a leader in the Internet grocery retailing space. As the 'first mover' in the category, it has a competitive advantage critical to online success as demonstrated by Amazon.com (Inc. <AMZN.O>) in the books category. "Management is orchestrating a new business model, which appears very promising. It entails utilizing centralized distribution and the latest technology for order fulfillment.
