You may be in the black Rich but the point is that given the risk in a company with no earnings and uncertain financing, the risk return has been atrocious compared to many other names out there. Do you know what "opportunity cost" is? You are in no way "in the black" given the opportunity cost.

Ask mooter if he knows what a "sunk cost" is.

Finally, even w/o accounting for opportunity cost, unless you purchased at the recent plunge level, or are trading the stock ferociously, you would not be in the black. And if its the latter, you better be in a tax deferred trading account.

I'm not letting a couple of negative people (not you btw) get me discouraged about Valence! I recognize it's high risk, but I don't believe high rewards come without taking corresponding risk. I'm therefore comfortable having 15% of my investment portfolio in this one issue.

When there's some positive news one of these days (I think soon), we'll wish we had more days like this to add to our positions!

I'd like to thank the kind person(s) who today sold me their stock at the relatively cheap price of 6 17/32! If they want to give me some more tomorrow at 6, I'll be there waiting! ;-)
