Seems the soap is still with us.
Francois, we sympathized with your
loss.
We are familiar with your cautionary remarks.
Now please leave us alone for a while.

Thanks F.G.

I am not necessarily opposed to viewing the other side of the coin. As we have all learned, there is always the other side. I have found myself on each side of the coin at times, and have gotten burnt just like most of us...And you do raise a good point about the debt issue. I cannot answer that, but it is a good question. But out of the $4mil, at least $2mil went for R&D, which I am hoping will start paying off for them after the April conferences. R&D always costs money, and I do not think that is a huge amount. But, on the positive side, they do have some strong alliances they are working with. Actually, I am waiting to see how this develops further down the road, more towards the end of the year. Correct me if I am wrong, but some of the posters have stated they bought in at a much higher price, and consequently took some losses, or bought and sold when it jumped up right before the shareholder meeting...

I will be able to judge more accurately where they are going after another quarter. It will tell me how far along they are with their backlog/production/sales, and the interest generated in their fuel cell. They are still trying to grow.

Regarding the share issue, it is not unusual for start up companies to use shares to pay for things. And yes, I agree it does create dilution, which I never like, but unless there has been a whole lot more recently, the number of shares o/s was not horrific. I guess I will just have to wait and see for now.

Take care.
