Due Diligence, As you WELL know, the financial statement of any fledgling technology company does not rely solely on the present financial strength of that said company. What is important IMO, is the fact that this company is "filing their Form 10" and what, if any, releases will follow. The SEC has made it perfectly clear that only reporting companies will be allowed to trade through the NASD (non pink sheet). In my view , ITKG has accepted that mandate and is focusing their efforts on that filing. I applaude that decision and will wait for that filing. PRIORITIES are important !!!!!!!!!!!!
