Thanks for the excellent report. I'm sure there are a lot of us out here lurking who really appreciate your effort.

Did you happen to discern any reason that the price has doubled in recent weeks on higher than average volume?

If it only doubles a half a dozen more times I might break even!!!

Regards.

Gary

John,
Thank you for your Sunday call to Vegas and your report on Monday. Am I right in reading that your conversant said that they had no plans to submit a 10Q, however when you stated that w/o a 10Q submittal the stk. would be dropped(to the pink sheets), he about faced and said that they were getting ready to submit a 10Q in late May. If this is how it occurred, it doesn't inspire much confidence in the outcome.
The recent stk. price actions do indicate that someone is playing around with the shares. The question is whether there is anyone inside who will try to create some real economic value with the company operations.

John and all: Are you people for real? This company is the second biggest sham of a crock of a company that I know. Products pulled off the shelves, Baywatch BS (never happened), paid endorsements for promotion of stock, moving from selling a full-featured product to selling the powder, 800 number kaput, etc. The powder is no big deal. Borden, Sealtest, Hersheys, and all the other big boys can and will do it. So it it's not SYES patent, they will do it another way. This company is going belly-up. They used to be a crooked financial company. Now they're an even more crooked milk-dud. Beware... they also have off-shore dealings to raise money. Their boys are reaping in investor money while their stock investors are being tricked out of their hard earned cash. The Stockwizard has spoken.
