barber-- I see your point and agree a large portion would be nice. They could help now,,, and I still wonder about EM's slips(?).(both last year and this month).. but it is common for companies to buy little or none of announced buybacks. Things change (buy DEC and god knows what else) salaries (of ep and em + others) are high travel expenses (around the globe) get priority,,, they leagally can have a billion excuses.... some may even have a real relationship..... IMO a BAD lawyer might have a field day but the buyback-- even they would not touch...

They should be buying back stock, I'm sure that will get authorization to increase the float 35 million as per the latest proxy for the ESOP.
