The fact that it is set to run four times on one day in the month is probably just Windows errata.

I'm puzzled by the 'quad' runs too. I was just thinking (in the bathtub) about why this could be needed and came up with an theory.

What if this program needs 'snapshots' of your system to work their magic? They could be 'gathering data' in the first few 'visits' only to perform the 'real work' after they know just what to do. Again, this is pure speculation on my part. I cannot believe Microsoft would get away with such an obvious oversight being discovered, since they are so closely watched. Then again, maybe I've discovered something!

Still dunno, but at least I've got an explanation to keep the curiosity at bay for a few days. Again, If anyone REALLY knows what's going on here, feel free to let me know.

For now, SPECULATION will have to do. Thanks for the ideas, PW.
