Craig,

Ecn's can be preferenced through selectnet. The big advantage to using selectnet is you do not invoke the SOES 5 minute rule. You also can preference for up to 9900 shares and get 1 ticket for the transaction a nice bonus. It is the fastest way to exit a position. In a fast mkt where you want in then Soes is the best and you settle for 1,000 shares for the ride at what ever price you get executed.

Yes, you are correct. What I meant to say, if I didn't already, was you can't SOES and ECN. Sorry to confuse an already confusing topic.
