DCTM, DOCS, Lotus, and OTEX all have a KM strategy to one degree or another. DCTM and Lotus probably have the most robust delivery mechanism via the integration community, followed by DOCS. OTEX still doing much of it on their own and I don't think in the same league. They also seem to be doing an about face on their channel program as of late. Notoriously absent from the KM space is FILE. I guess they are busy working on other things. Interesting how things are shifting. Although the investment community doesn't much seem to care!
