Net2Phone is NOT designed to allow you to talk to etailers while surfing on line, it is a IP telephony program for making calls with your phone from your computer. Just as making calls with your line won't work while you are on the internet, neither will making calls with Net2Phone work while you are on the internet. Net2Phone is not for talking to etailers, that's what Click2Talk is for. Go to: http:www.easysurf.com if you want to talk to etailers while on line." Bill, You certainly sound confident in your above statements. However, they conflict with what I have experienced. Have you even tried click2talk? It is no different than net2phone except that it automatically inserts the phone number for you. You use EXACTLY the same software. rll
