GC, I really find that one hard to believe....CNB has more shares outstanding, PVF owns 54% of PXM and many Argentine property's not to mention Diamond targets west of Ekati that will be drilled this next winter, not to mention Peru or Canadian property's and not to mention 4 million in cash and another 3-4 million in securities and loans from PXM and pay outs from CNB..... Now what I could see is PVF splitting off all diamond property's into a joint company with a million or so dollars cash ....DD
