Can someone explain these things?

1.May 21, 1997 - in independent tests conducted at the Southwest Research Institute (SwRI), a laboratory qualified to conduct testing required by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the company's Turbopac TM , in conjunction with a patented catalytic muffler system, has successfully met the air quality standards mandated by the EPA's 0.1 gram* particulate matter (PM) emissions standard.

2.April 7, 1998 -- Turbodyne Technologies Inc. received official certification from the United States Environmental Protection Agency.

3.May 26nd, 1998 a major European vehicle and engine manufacturer has selected Turbodyne's Turbopac models 1500 and 2200 for incorporation as standard equipment on three classes of engines being manufactured for the 1999 model year.

4.August 31st, 1998 successfully exceeded pollution target standard for nitrogen oxides (NOx) reduction with its Water Atomization Technology (WAT) System, under a joint program with Environment Canada, the Canadian government's equivalent of the United States' Environmental Protection Agency.

5.March 5th, 1999 joint development and licensing agreements have been signed with AlliedSignal Inc., a Dow 30 Stock.

6.March 19th, 1999 - received an Executive Order from the California Air Resources Board for a Universal Exemption of the TurbopacTM 2500 for heavy-duty diesel vehicles that are equipped with mechanical unit fuel injection and no electronic injection timing or electronic throttle delay.
