Michael, Interesting comment about the CPQ Board of Directors. It is puzzling that the board would allow such ineptitude to continue, particularly Ben Rosen. From my 18 years in the PC industry, it's always been my understanding that Rosen is one very sharp cookie. I remember talking to one of the founders of CPQ, Bill Murto, at Comdex Fall in 1982, and he spoke very highly of Mr. Rosen indeed. As long as he's still on the board I believe there's reason to have some faith in CPQ. As for a shareholder suit, well, my experience with those is that it's the lawyers that make all the money anyway. Like it or not, I'm a CPQ long. I'm just glad that at the moment I don't need the cash that's tied up in this stock. Best of luck to you. JMaz
