Hey Marshal ... Well it is all in the filings and the attorneys I guess will decide what they will do. I hope: 1.) We can have a shareholder meeting and stop the A conversion 2.) We can get the forward split shares. (Heck I was buying at $26.00 to get those shares) 3.) We can get something in this shell with audited financials and assets so we can get the warrants exercised and gone. 4.) We can get the ticker changed. Plus some other stuff. But most of all get all the securities up and trading. GB
