Don't kill the messenger. Let's get some discussion going...

<<Does anyone know the number of shares in the float actual and fully diluted?>>

A partial guess-ta-mate to your question would be 14-18 million (or more) after the split are in investors hands. Should be less than 8...It could be a lot less but record of trade volume makes it look very high.

quotecentral.com

This URL will give you history of actual trades by day.
We did a reverse a year or so back that you should look into. The shares ended up around 8 mill-ish with a few in play each day(100,000 or less). The total prior was around 32 Mill available. The reverse changed the number in play but not the ability to go back to using the 30+ that have been authorized. The company might tell. Their agent might have the numbers...

One opinion is...
Shares at $.015 to $.035 were sold in previous months at "above, at, and below" the bid/ask levels. These were high vol. quantities. Check time and sales on and thru the days listed on the URL. Looked like sales at any price...was o.k..
Use farsight.com for history of time and sales for each of the individual whole days. Those volumes and the size/prices would lead a person to think that over 14 Mill. are out there again. If you are in a financial situation that requires cash to stay in business - you do what ever it takes at the time.Daily in and out is now around 2 to 5 million trading daily.
There has been no other opinions as to numbers, as I recall. Maybe someone else has a thread location post or a PR that was missed showing a total.Action started with the first of March and renewed interest in the Internet.

Anybody have another opinion? Factual data is always better. I hope there is some.
