Good morning everyone! Now it's 2.30 am and the site is open again. You can access Winalottery via the home page of WINR. They deleted the hint that the site will open soon. So it looks like they got it finally fixed and running! Heureka! Reinhard

Jonathan- Here's a non-age-related question for you: I saw you live in New York. Whom did you contact to find out that it is legal to bet over the internet in New York? I absolutely can not find any information for Indiana or Virginia and would appreciate any information about this. My understanding is that the federal wire laws jurisdiction is in question so it is up to the individual states to decide this but have been unable to find the definitive answer. Thanks.
