That determines where the advantages are for takeovers.

xDSL is growing no doubt, very hot, lot's of coverage in the trade mags recently. The thing is cable modems are hot also!
I laugh when I read the xDSL vs Cable articles. "Cable shares bandwidth"... yeah... what do you think happens when DSL hits the central office, bandwidth sharing? :-) But that's technology... it's hard to find an undervalued cable co, not so for DSL. <grin>

It all comes down to bandwidth.
