Steve, it depends on what parameters you use for the MACD and whether you use daily or weekly interval charts. I read the MACD as almost neutral. Short term stochastics are still positive. OBV, Bollinger, and money flow are still positive. Try Metacharts.

Steve,

Yours is a reasonable thought but, the practice/problem long preceded the resignation of the last CFO. It does nothing to help VLNC management's credibility. It also suggests VLNC management is not interested in meeting industry standards for reporting to the average shareholder. Consequently, the little guy is starved for timely information and is vulnerable to people representing they have "special" information. The management's apparent disinterest in provifing standard information in a timely manner should raise suspicion.
