Very interesting, lets see that would be several million people along with anyone who owns a single share in almost any equity fund in the US, not to mention pension plans etc.

Haven't read this thread in a while, Dan glad to see you're still here with reasonable and intelligent (even though my opinion may differ) takes on the subject. Has the rest of the conversation turned psychotic like mshater here?

If there were true justice and Bill Gates had to pay for all
the liabilities incurred by his actions he would owe more
than the National Debt.

Let's see how close Judge Jackson comes. I think Microsoft
has done a pretty good job of urinating on him and Judge Sporkin
his predecessor, to warrant the outcome being closer rather than farther from the mark.
