Barbara theIDB deal was still in negotiation when Wally was on his visit. MS went to Florida to discuss with owner(can't recall his name)but they were high school friends. MS said he was misinformed about the current position of IDB and that it would have been a bad deal for all involved. Two old time friends at odds was the way he explained it to me. Long distance revenues are more than likely intranet contracts as you have to have the long distance carrier to set up the intranet system. RWB
