David, By the way I called Canadian Hotel Income Properties Reit- Hot.un for information and was told that Odlum's buy recommendation gave them a target price of $15.With a current yield of 16% based on projected distributions for 1999 and a price of $8 market does not appear to be at all interested.With the Bank of Canada lowering interest rates today I expected a bounce up but obviously the internut stocks are more appealing than a 16% yield.
