Please keep in mind that Bill is like Ole Faithful. He has to vent occasionally to keep from exploding. Most here realize that and look forward to his venting. His vents seem to have a relationship to the stock making a move. When Bill starts reaching the end of his rope FCM comes to life. We call this the Holligan'O'Meter at my house. Of course this is all UNPROVEN but worth a SEC study. The Holligan'O'Meter could be more reliable than inside information.
