The National Post reports in its Tuesday, March 23, edition that Bid.com
International advanced $1.40 to $7.85 on the Toronto Stock Exchange yesterday.
The National Post's Garry Marr writes in his Market Action column that the
on-line auctioneer's stock rose 21.7 per cent and was the most heavily traded
issue on the TSE. The company applied for a Nasdaq national market listing last
month. A listing takes about 30 days and requires a minimum price of $5, reports
the National Post.
