I know of a company in Japan that started doing this sixteen months ago. They established two switches in Japan and two in San Francisco. As a switch filled up they added another one and continued to obtain contracts in other foreign countries to deploy more switches. The name of the company is AT&TJENS. They are now reported to be bringing in 5 million a month. The market has barely even been touched.
