Hi David,

I was wondering if you or anyone else here could tell me the float. I read that the OS was 47m?? Sounds like a lot, but moved up nicely yesterday. MDMI has been on my watch list for a while, and am thinking of buying in. I like the news today too! Thanks for any info you can provide.

Andrew

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 23, 1999--

To Provide Massimo's Jave-Centrale with an E-Commerce Enabled Virtual Storefront

iChargeit Inc. ICHG PLNKD today announced that the Company reached an
agreement with Massimo Da Milano Inc. MDMI , to provide the company with an e-Commerce enabled virtual storefront. MDMI currently has 11 Java-Central storefront franchises, as well as a Wholesale Bakery operation in Dallas, Texas. .....>>>>

I can't say anything good or bad about it, as I don't know what kind of exposure they are expecting from it, or the deal that was made...BUT, I do know I work in Huntington Beach, and if they were willing to PM me or get in touch with me, or if anyone knows how to get in touch with them, I'd certainly be happy to speak with them and their expectations????

Can anyone help out?
