Entertainment Corporation, (OTC BB: DMEC) announced today that it has
signed an Exclusive Distribution and Marketing Agreement for its
"Zoombie(R)" product line and any of its ancillary products with a
large toy distributor headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. Diamond,
through its subsidiary, Jewel Products International, manufactures its
patented Zoombie(R) - Double Wing Flier which is a most unique,
radically designed, aerodynamically engineered, dual winged, new flying
toy, specifically targeted for kids of the New Millenium.

"The Internationally patented dual winged aerodynamic design of the
Zoombie(R) makes it one the most advanced flying toys ever invented.
Zoombie's(R) fantastic flight quality and ease of throwing and catching
makes it the hands down choice over its competitors such as Frisbee(R),

The signing of this new Exclusive Distribution and Marketing Agreement
grants world wide exclusive distribution, marketing and sales rights of
the Zoombie(R) product line and is subject to a minimum sales
performance requirements by the exclusive distributor to generate
annual minimum sales of $400,000, $2,000,000 and $2,200,000 for the
periods ending February 28, 2000, February 28, 2001 and February 28,
2002, respectively.
