Garcia, what is Schwab's allocation policy? Do you have a source, e.g. web link, it's what the ipo dept told you, your branch told you?

They told me it depends on how long you have been a customer, how many trades you have made and your income and net worth. Makes sense to me. Why shouldn't the high-rollers get more, they pay Schwabs bills, seriously.
