Chris,

I guess the buyout price would be based on how big a jerks(s), or how gentlemanly the Rybaks wanted to be about it. They own 24 + million shares and could easily buy 8 + - million shares to get to 51%. I hope Robert Sowah would intervene on our behalf and argue an equitable price. I'd stick around with IDS if a stock swap was initiated. May even buy more? I like their product lines and believe their stock price is a bit undervalued based on back order dollars.

Off topic, I found out that ALYD is a Y2K vendor for Boeing. AGISS is a contracted vendor for Boeing but doesn't show up under Y2K.(Mutual friend of ours, shhhh) Do we have a working relationship with ALYD? They aren't listed in our website as a partner?
