spoke with Jayne via email, and while they hope things will move along with the suit, there is no indication that it will happen soon (or long for that matter, they just dont seem to know). In any event, the price seems stuck below .27. Also, RICO suit is still being pursued, but very slowly progressing. Still in the discovery stage. My own experience with these type of things (limited) suggests it could drag out well over a year..... I was gone the last few days, and haven't been able to follow....how has volume been, and are the mm's playing any games?
