Hey, good for you. That is the name of the game and that is to make a profit on a stock. Trust me ZSUN is not a scam. I have invested for almost 25 years and am pretty good at it, and check each company I invest in extensively. A good rule of thumb for you and anyone else is if you have a stock that is running like ZSUN. Last trade was 11 5/8 this morning, and you make a double on it like you almost did, sell half of it and get your whole investment out, and ride the other half for free.............Hope your week is going well.............Randy

As a lot of people on this board know, I work for Momentum Asia, a ZSUN subsidiary. I don't post a lot because I have nothing to do with IR, I don't want to come off as a paid hypester, and I don't think the people who do handle IR would appreciate my shooting my mouth off.

Questions:

What exactly has been done that you think is illegal and/or unethical? Do you see people pumping the stock all over other boards? I don't.

What is a scam about it? Are you saying we don't do real business, earn real money, or have real people working for us?

Maybe I should check the mirror again. Last time I looked I was real.

I have nothing against people expressing a critical opinion of a company, its business, or its operations. I do it myself, frequently. I do think the criticisms should be specific and backed up with some kind of evidence.

Dear GUS SIDERIS

I would like to add my comments in support of Steven Rogers.

I am a paying customer of several of ZiaSun's services, including pinmail and swiftrade. I became a customer as a precaution to getting involved with the wrong company and so far I have been nothing but pleasantly surprised. Their services are good (although to be fair some, like pinmail which is obviously not a priority for Tobin, still require a little polishing) and their customer service is excellent. The best on the web that I have found! This was what convinced me to put my money behind them.

So that's my opinion of ZiaSun being a SCAM.... It's Not!

Now for that GUS SIDERIS guy.........

He writes stuff like :
"P.S. This stock cannot be shorted on DATEK it is not marginable."

This would suggest that GUS is a regular user of DATEK and has tried to access ZSUN via Datek. I have some news for you GUS! ZSUN is OTC BB and Datek says in the mail out material that send you when you apply for an account: "We do not and never will deal in OTC BB". I know because I've got the pack and I decided to go with E*Trade for that very reason. In fact, if you even try to get a quote on datek for ZSUN you will get "no such symbol", I know because I tried using a friend's account.

So I ask you GUS: How did you find out that ZSUN is not Shortable or marginable on Datek???

Now where is the SCAM???

Oliver

Gus Sideris, your reckless comments deserve a Law suit in defamation...

which I am willing to bet you would loose. ZSUN is certainly NOT a SCAM and you would be a fool to try and short it at this point in its price cycle. Wait till year's end at around $50.00.

In conclusion, watch carefully what you write: it could be very expensive.
