Company Press Release
Antennas America Inc. Receives Patent
WHEAT RIDGE, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 23, 1999--Antennas America, Inc. (OTC BB:ANTM - news) announced today that it has been notified by the United States Patent Office that the Company's pending patent application for the process to manufacture the Company's flat panel and related antenna systems has been allowed.

This patent includes the process and components used by the Company for the manufacturing of the antenna circuit and related components of the Company's outdoor antenna systems including the Company's low-profile local TV antennas, its 2.4 GHz flat panel antennas, and its array and patch antenna systems. This brings the number of patents that have been issued or approved for the Company to five including technological, utility and process patent protection.

Generally, these antennas are flat, and are enclosed in an ABS plastic radome to protect the antenna from the elements. These antennas are manufactured at the Company's production facilities to meet certain specifications required by the Company's commercial and O.E.M. customers. Additionally, these antennas compete with more conventional antenna systems on the market today and have been evaluated by the Company as providing equal if not better performance.

Randall P. Marx, Chief Executive Officer for the Company, stated: ''This is a very important milestone for the Company as it protects the Company's high-volume method of making low-profile outdoor antenna systems at a very competitive cost. The Company currently is manufacturing several of its antennas using this technology and we plan on taking full advantage of the patent to further diversify our assortment of products. With the continuous expansion of wireless communications, there is an increasing demand for low-profile, cost- effective antenna solutions, and we believe the approval of this patent will further strengthen our competitive position in the marketplace.''

Antennas America, Inc. is a diversified company using its own technology to design, develop and manufacture unique antenna solutions for the rapidly expanding wireless communications industry at its 22,600-square-foot leased facility in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. The company also provides custom antenna designs and manufacturing for Original Equipment Manufacturers (O.E.M.) and other emerging wireless communications markets. This is not a solicitation to buy or sell securities and does not purport to be an analysis of the Company's financial position. This Release contains forward-looking statements with the meaning of Section 27A of the Securities Act of 1933 and Section 21E of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Although the Company believes that the expectations reflected in the forward-looking statements and assumptions upon which forward-looking statements are based are reasonable, it can give no assurance that such expectations and assumptions will prove to have been correct. Since there is a value to learning from other people's mistakes, I will share my mistake of holding too long. On WEBT I bought as a overnight hold to sell on AM gap. It did gap to 59, I was in @ 55. Not a bad plan, except I was not on my computer and did not sell. By the time I did get on, it had dropped but I was sure the upgrades would send it flying. Well it flew...down.

NAVR waiting for Net Radio. PAIR waiting for a takeover

GEEK ??

Heck yes, I dont like to admit losing. No I dont think you are a snob. I am kicking myself for selling GE and AOL though.
